Gedaş Gayrimenkul Değerleme A.Ş. is the “first” institutional valuation company that was founded in Turkey. The company started its activities in 1994 as a participation of T.Emlak Bankası A.Ş. and responded to valuation requirements of the bank, of Turkish Privatization Administration, of all public enterprises and institutions, of other banks and of private sector.

In 1995 the company has met the requirements of “the Notification concerning the companies that will provide valuation service as part of current legislations on capital market and principles concerning the listing of these companies by the board to become the “first” company included to the list.

After T.Emlak Bankası A.Ş.’s liquidation has started, the shares of the bank have been trasferred to T.C. Prime Ministry’s Housing Development Administration of Turkey in 2001.

Our company is proud of encountering no legal problem and no dissonance of regulation in thousands of Valuation Reports that were completed since 1994.
